Guests in all their finery attended Rainbow House’s Ladies Day, supported by Unique Ladies Network and Windoworld, in the Invincibles Lounge at Preston North End, raising more than £26,000 for the conductive education charity.

After enjoying a glass of champagne on arrival, the guests sat down to a two-course lunch with live entertainment from singer Michael Cosgrove, who stunned his audience with his large repertoire of songs, including swing, pop, jazz and Motown. He even encouraged the women to join in a giant conga line.
