Guide Dogs in Preston shows its appreciation for Bilsborrow Post Office's fund-raising efforts

Volunteers at Guide Dogs presented Sharon Rimmer, post mistress at Bilsborrow Post Office, with a certificate of thanks after helping to raise £550 for the charity.

The money was raised through collection boxes held in the post office since 2014. Russ Evans, volunteer dog handler at Guide Dogs, which provides dogs for blind and partially sighted people, said: “Guide Dogs would like to say a big thank you to the generosity of people of Bilsborrow who donated over the last four years.”
