Famous faces down at the pub for lookalike challenge

A pub has enlisted the help of some of Britain's most famous faces as it launches a search for the best lookalikes.

A-listers David and Victoria Beckham, Daniel Craig and even Her Majesty The Queen joined forces at Hungry Horse pub, the War Horse on Buckshaw Avenue, Buckshaw Village, to launch the competition, which will see four of the best British celeb lookalikes each winning themselves a family holiday worth £1,000.

The four lucky doppelgangers will also have the opportunity to bag themselves a listing on the Lookalikes Agency, a renowned celebrity lookalike and tribute act agency which is currently featuring in new TV series, Lookalikes.

To be in with a chance of winning a family holiday and the exclusive agency listing, budding celeb-a-likes just need to post a photo of themselves, or someone they know on the Hungry Horse Lookalikes Facebook page, www.facebook.com/HHlookalike/ before April 18.

Daniel Crilly, general manager at the War Horse, said: “We enlisted the help of some very recognisable British faces to launch our lookalikes competition and celebrate our new Best of British festival menu.”
