Factory worker crushed to death by waste
Jacek Adamowicz, 29, was working at Hitchens Foods in Ince when the tragic incident happened on February 4 last year.

Hide AdThe inquest was told today Mr Adamowicz first came to Britain from his native Poland to work in 2005 and was living with his wife Barbara and their son on Windermere Road at the time of his death.
During this morning’s hearing, Bolton Coroner's Court was told Mr Adamowicz worked as a yard supervisor and was known to colleagues as Jake.
Speaking with the help of an interpreter Mrs Adamowicz told how she rushed to the factory with her husband's sister and mother before they were taken to Wigan Infirmary where he was receiving treatment.

Hide AdHowever, he never regained consciousness and died at around 6.15pm.
The court saw photographs taken by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) the day after the incident showing a bale of waste on the ground in the yard with a wire protruding from it.
Daniel Taylor, who was working at Hitchens Foods on the day of Mr Adamowicz's death, told the court he thought the incident was "a freak accident".
The jury is expected to give its verdict on Friday.
