Yesterday, the winners of the Green Flag Awards 2026 were anounced by the environmental charity Keep Britain Tidy as it celebrated the 30th anniversary of the scheme.
292 parks and green spaces in the North West have reached the high standards required to receive a coveted Green Flag Award this year.

Below, however, we’re paying special attention to the fabulous parks and green spaces across Preston, Chorley and South Ribble who have won a 2026 Green Flag Award.
