'Drug-fuelled' driver arrested after being 'caught speeding' on M65
A motorist was arrested on suspicion of drug driving after a car was stopped on the M65.
Lancashire Police shared an image from their vehicle, showing the driver of a Volkswagen allegedly speeding along M65 near Blackburn yesterday.
Police officers accused the driver of speeding at 93mph in “poor” weather at around 1.15pm.
