Driver's lucky escape after goose flies through windscreen
A driver had a lucky escape after a goose sent feathers flying as it smashed through the car windscreen.
Lancashire Road Police tweeted the incident saying there was "amazingly no serious injuries".
It's the bird flew through the screen and into the driver, according to the police.
Unfortunately that doesn't appear to include the goose, which judging by the picture, didn't survive the collision with the white Vauxhall.
