Do not approach warning for wanted man with part of ear missing and connections to Rossendale and Burnley

Police are appealing for information to recall a 34-year-old man back to prison.

Thomas Dooley, 34, is wanted on recall to prison.

He is described as 6ft 1in height, of aa slim build, with light brown hair. The top of his right ear is missing, and he has a tribal tattoo on his left shoulder.

Dooley has connections to Burnley, Rossendale and Padiham.

If you see Dooley, please don’t approach him and call 999.
