PC Gardner of Lancashire Police said: "We need to trace Wayne Collett as part of our on-going investigation into this incident and I would urge anyone with information on where he might be to get in touch with us.

"I would also ask Collett himself to contact us if he sees this appeal so we can arrange to speak with him."

Collett, who police believe may be staying somewhere in the Preston area, is of a stocky build, with short dark hair.

Anyone with information has been urged to contact police by calling 101 or emailing [email protected], quoting log number 1217 of November 19.
