This car overtook HO40 on the M6 Leyland at over 90mph whilst the driver was using their mobile phone. When stopped it also transpired they weren't insured on their mates traders policy as they thought. The irony was they dropped & smashed their phone during the stop

HO40 strikes again. This BMW raised their suspicions as being registered to Preston but insured to the moon (OK a slight exaggeration but you get the idea.) The driver was named on the insurance but didn't know the policy holder & was 23 years younger than stated
