Joseph Mitchell, 32, of Salford Road, Galgate, Lancaster, admits being drunk and disorderly and must pay a £146 fine, £32 surcharge and £85 costs.

Thomas Robinson, 27, of Moor Lane, Preston, admits travelling without a valid rail ticket and must pay a £116 fine, £12.40 compensation, a £30 surcharge and £150 costs.

Alison Padmore, 57, of Halsall Lane, Ormskirk, admits being drunk and disorderly in Preston, and must pay an £80 fine, £32 surcharge and £85 costs.

David English, 36, of Sheffield Drive, Lea, Preston, was banned for 18 months and must do 150 hours unpaid work after admitting failing to give a breath test, and must pay a £90 surcharge.

Francis Charles, 42, of Duke Street, Preston, admits driving while using a phone, and must pay a £100 fine, £30 surcharge and £85 costs.

Christopher Murphy, 34, of Dalton Walk, Preston, was jailed for 23 weeks by magistrates after admitting assaulting a woman and man in an unprovoked attack, and must pay a £122 victim surcharge.

David Cheyne, 56, of St Wilfrid House, Preston, got a curfew after admitting breaching his sexual offender notification requirements by failing to register with police.

Michael Gutowski, 20, of Callon Street, Callon, Preston, admits possessing cocaine, and must pay an £80 fine, £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
