Suspected drink driver leaves trail of chaos
A suspected drink driver left a trail of chaos in his wake after smashing into a number of parked cars in Preston.
The man smashed into four cars in Scotforth Road at around 2am on Sunday before fleeing the scene.
Police arrested him close by.
Images released by Lancashire Police show extensive damage to a silver Mercedes taxi and car parts strewn across the street.
Lancashire police said the man, arrested on suspicion of drink driving, had no licence or insurance.
He is being questioned by officers today.
