Prisoner climbs on to roof
A prisoner climbed on to the roof of HMP Garth prison in Leyland tonight.
The man has been seen walking up and down the roof of the category B prison.
Lancashire Fire Service received a call after 6pm alerting them to the incident and is on standby along with the ambulance service.
The Ministry of Justice has not yet commented on the developing situation.
