Lancashire Trading Standards launched an investigation relaying to his failure between June and July 2018 to provide consumers with notices setting out their rights to cancel contracts for roofing and building work, and failing to complete work for which he had been paid.

Lee has several convictions for rogue trading offences, including fleecing pensioners out of thousands of pounds for shoddy building work.
