Preston man wanted in connection with robbery and criminal damage arrested

Daryl Cooke, from Preston, was wanted in connection with a robbery at an address in the city on July 23.

The 31-year-old was also wanted in relation to a criminal damage incident which occurred two days later.

Police launched an appeal to find him on Wednesday (August 10) and urged anyone with information to come forward.

Officers later confirmed he had been arrested on Sunday (August 14).

He remained in custody for questioning on Monday (August 15).

“Thanks to everyone who shared the appeal,” a spokesman for Lancashire Police said.
