Preston man wanted in connection with supplying drugs
A public appeal has been launched to find a man who is wanted in connection with drugs supply offences.

Police want to speak to Russell Winston Dowling, 36, from Preston, in connection with drugs supply offences.
He is described as white and around 5ft 10in tall.
PC Richard Shires, of Preston Police, said: “We would like to locate Dowling and are asking anybody with information as to his whereabouts to get in touch.”
