Preston man wanted for breaching domestic violence order just 3 days after it came into force

A 28-year-old man from Preston is wanted after breaching a domestic violence protection order.

Dominic Battiniello, who has links to the Lea, Ashton and city centre areas, is alleged to have breached the order just three days after it was handed down by Preston Magistrates on September 7.

He is described as white, 5ft 2in tall, of medium build with short, dark-brown hair.

Police are appealing for information and urging anyone who knows where he is to come forward.

Temp Det Sgt Ian Zanelli, of Lancashire Police, said: "We are keen to speak to Battiniello as soon as possible.

"He knows he is wanted by police and I would ask anyone with information about his location to come forward."
