Preston man with strict sex offence order 'downloaded Snapchat'
An offender has admitted breaching his sexual harm prevention order.

Matthew Weaver, 34, of Basil Street, Deepdale, Preston, was given the order at Preston Crown Court on August 27, 2013.
Prosecuting at Preston Crown Court, Paul Brookwell said on January 17 this year Weaver downloaded and used the Snapchat app - which is prohibited by the order.
Judge Philip Parry adjourned the proceedings until December 3, when he will be sentenced.
