Police received a report that skincare, worth around £206, was stolen from Boots on Fishergate yesterday afternoon.

A 27-year-old man from Preston was arrested nearby.

Lancashire Police have now confirmed that Luke Roberts, 27, of West Park Avenue, Ashton-on-Ribble has been charged with theft from a shop and will appear before Preston Magistrates Court tomorrow.
