Preston man accused of exposing himself in garden and burgling properties
A man accused of burgling properties across Preston before exposing himself has appeared before Preston Crown Court.
Dale Thomason, of Tennyson Road, Ribbleton, Preston, is accused of five counts of attempted burglary, three offences of burglary, two offences of exposure and one offence of assault.
The 26-year-old is accused of entering the rear garden of a property in Shakespeare Road, Ribbleton, on November 4 and exposing himself.
He is also accused of a string of offences on November 10, which include attempting to steal a garden ornament in Ribbleton Hall Drive before entering a neighbouring property’s shed and stealing a power drill, then entering houses and sheds at three addresses on Field Maple Drive, Ribbleton, before exposing himself.
He is also alleged to have burgled a property in Shakespeare Road to steal cash and clothing on the same day, and to have burgled a garage in Blackpool Road.
It is alleged the homeowner challenged the man and was threatened.
Judge Richard Gioserano adjourned the hearing to January 22, 2021.
Thomason was remanded back into custody until that date.
