"The burglary occurred between 5.40pm and 6.50pm, we know that the suspect gained entry to the property by walking up the drive after loitering in the area, climbing into the rear garden before smashing a window and entering the property.

"We believe the suspect has then left the area via the rear garden and may have travelled through neighbouring gardens.

"If you live in this area and have any CCTV installed at home, smart doorbell system or dashcam footage we would appreciate if you're able to review the footage and notify us if there is anything suspicious."

Information can be passed directly to the officer in charge via email: [email protected] or anyone with information who wishes to remain anonymous should contact crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 quoting log 1175 of December 12.
