
Police said a male has been arrested and enquiries are continuing.
Chorley Police tweeted: "Yesterday, following a recent rural burglary, #SouthRuralTaskforce officers attended an address in Merseyside.
"We have seized over 70 items of suspected stolen plant/machinery worth over £100,000 and arrested a male on suspicion of handling stolen goods.
