Motorcycle seized in Preston in police crackdown on 'criminal use of such bikes'
An off-road racing motorbike was seized by police in the Walker Lane area of Preston yesterday.
A police spokesman said: "Officers from the Preston Neighbourhood Team have been out specifically targeting criminal use of such bikes in the Ingol and Tanterton areas and will continue to do so over the coming days and weeks."
The patrols form part of Operation Dismount, which began in 2020 to target nuisance motorbikes on streets and parks after a string of complaints.
