Missing man could be in Preston

Police are becoming increasingly concerned for an 89-year-old man who is missing from his home and could have travelled to Preston.

Victor Murry was last seen at his home on Manor Road in Denton, Greater Manchester at around 12.30am on Sunday.

Victor is described as around 5ft 3in tall, with grey hair and a grey beard. He speaks with a local accent and is suspected to be wearing a grey check long sleeve shirt with blue jeans and white trainers.

Officers say Victor is quite unsteady on his feet and gets tired easily.

Anyone who may have seen Victor is asked to contact police as soon as possible on 101 quoting reference number 733 240416 or contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
