Missing Lancashire man last seen running 6 days ago has been found in the Lake District
A missing Blackburn man who disappeared six days ago has been found "safe and well" in Kendal.

Police had appealed for the public's help in finding Paulo Sousa after the 42-year-old was reported missing on Monday (February 15).
He had been last seen at around 9.30am in Bolton Road, near to Townsmoor Retail Park, running in the direction of the town centre.
Police said they were "extremely concerned" about Mr Sousa's welfare, but have now confirmed he is "safe and well" after being found in the Lake District.
