Missing 63-year-old Preston man found 'safe and well'

An urgent appeal had been launched to find a 63-year-old man who was missing from his home address in Preston.

A 63-year-old man went missing after he was last seen in the Moor Lane area at around 8.15am yesterday (May 18).

Police launched an urgent appeal to find him after growing "very concerned" for his welfare.

Officers have now confirmed he has been found "safe and well".

A spokesperson for Lancashire Police said: "Good news. The 63-year-old male reported missing from Preston yesterday has now been located safe and well."
