MANHUNT: Man suffers serious injuries after car thief runs him over
A man has suffered serious leg injuries after he was run over while trying to stop a thief from stealing his car, say police.

The incident happened yesterday at RI Tyres in Blackburn at around 2.30pm.
Shocking footage released by RI Tyres shows the thief brazenly stroll across the yard in a high visability jacket.
The thief climbs into the car and attempts to make a getaway by reversing out of the forecourt but is surrounded by staff and the car owner who desperately try to stop him from escaping.
