Man wanted on recall to prison has links to Blackpool

A man who has breached the conditions of his license is wanted on recall to prison.

Bradley Higham breached the conditions of his license after his release from a prison sentence for burglary in Cumbria in 2018.

The 43-year-old is described as white, 6ft, of proportionate build, with brown eyes, receding brown hair and a birthmark on his left cheek.

He has links to Blackpool, Newton-le-Willows, Cumbria and North Wales.
