Lostock Hall man accused of raping girl
A man has appeared in court accused of a string of sexual offences against a schoolgirl.
Kyle Sedgwick, of Pages Court, Lostock Hall, near Preston, is accused of three counts raping a 13-year-old girl on June 28 this year, as well as two counts of sexually assaulting a child.
The 22-year-old defendant is also charged with meeting a child after grooming.
During an appearance before Preston Crown Court Sedgwick entered not guilty pleas to all of the counts.
The proceedings were adjourned by Judge Beverly Lunt for a further case management hearing.
It will take place on December 14.
