Longridge man accused of indecent child and animal image offences is expected to enter his pleas

A man accused of making and possessing indecent photographs of children is expected to appear before a court by video link on Wednesday.

Jack Stephen Brunton, 20, of Berry Lane, Longridge, Preston, is accused of six offences and is expected to enter a plea today at Preston Crown Court.

The allegations include possession of 81 indecent photographs of children, 2,049 prohibited images of children and 109 extreme pornographic images, portraying people and dogs.

He is also charged with three counts of making indecent images, which relate to 15 Category A images - the most serious in legal terms - 46 at Category B, and 20 at Category C.
