
Patrick Gillett, of Stanley Place, Lancaster, who taught at Ripley St Thomas CE Academy in Lancaster, appeared before Preston Crown Court by video link from Preston Prison.
The 43-year-old, wearing a grey T-shirt, spoke only to confirm his name.
A trial date has been fixed for August 30 this year and is estimated to last for three days.
Prosecuting, Paul Cummings and defence lawyer Fraser Livesey asked for the case to be adjourned for two weeks to allow further investigation and interrogations of Gillet’s equipment.
