While searching the vehicle police discovered nine teenagers in the back, however, there was no one in the driver's seat.

In police dashcam footage, officers can be seen pulling the boys out of the van and bringing them to the ground.

All nine teenagers were taken home to their parents by officers and will be interviewed under caution in due course, Hyndburn Police said.
