Lancashire Police search for missing Blackburn man last seen in Leyland

An appeal has been launched to find a missing 30-year-old who was last seen in Leyland.

Ian Thompson, from Blackburn, was last seen around Dunkirk Lane in Leyland in the early hours of Thursday (June 30).

Police say they are concerned about his welfare and are asking the public to report any sightings.

Ian is described as 5ft 6in tall with a slim build and black short thinning hair. He also now has a long dark beard.

He was last seen wearing blue joggers, and a blue tracksuit top and was last seen carrying a small blue suitcase and two shopping bags.

Police say Ian has links to Blackburn, Leyland and Chorley.
