Nathan Scott Fulton, 22, of Barn Croft, Leyland, was given an electronic curfew with rehabilitation by Preston magistrates for assaulting a woman and damaging property. He was also charged with harassment, He also had to pay £50 compensation and £85 costs. He was given a restraining order. The offences occurred in December last year and January and the harassment was between February and April.

Ian Mark McFayden, 49, of Crosse Hall Lane, Chorley, was given an electronic curfew by Preston magistrates for driving whilst disqualified and without insurance and MOT test certificate. He had to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and has six points on his licence. The offence happened on March 14.

Neil Colin Gardner, 48, of Haig Avenue, Leyland, was given a community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement by Preston magistrates for three counts of theft. He stole trainers worth £12 from Primark on March 2; a carpet cleaner worth £59.99 from TJ Hughes on February 20 and PlayStation headsets from Tesco in Leyland on February 15.

Claire Louise Winstanley, 31, of Kimberley Street, Coppull, was disqualified from driving for 20 months by Preston magistrates for driving whilst under the influence of alcohol. She was fined £120 and had to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Her record was endorsed. The offence happened in Stump Lane, Chorley, on March 28.
