Cars congested after accident near Fulwood Barracks
Traffic is congested following an accident near Fulwood Barracks in Watling Street Road.
Cars are backing up all the way to the A6 Garstang Road eastbound at the Withy Trees pub, and up towards Fulwood Hall Hospital southbound on the B6241.
The A5085 Blackpool Road is also slow going both ways around Ribbleton.
The accident took place just after 3.30pm.
