Appeal for man wanted on prison recall

Police are appealing for information to trace a man who is wanted on prison recall.

Christopher Holding, 26, of Turpin Green, Leyland was jailed for 45 months at Blackfriars Crown Court London in December 2012 for theft and theft in a dwelling.

He was released in July 2014 but has since breached the terms of his licence for not paying a court fine.

He is described as 6ft 4in tall, slim build with brown eyes and dark hair.

He has recently had shoulder length hair but officers believe he may have since shaved his head.

He speaks with a southern accent and has links to North/Central London areas including Westminster, Camberwell Green and Essex but is thought to be living in the Preston area.

PC Stuart Wright of South Division said: “We are keen to trace Holding and I would appeal to anyone who has seen him or who has any information on his whereabouts to contact us.

“Similarly, if Holding sees this appeal himself, I would urge him to hand himself into the police.”
