20 dancers from Amanda Rogers School of Dance & Performing Arts in Penwortham heading to Disneyland Paris
They will be performing next Friday.
Twenty talented dancers from Amanda Rogers School of Dance & Performing Arts are preparing for the opportunity of a lifetime as they head to Disneyland Paris to perform at the prestigious Videopolis Theatre on Friday, August 7.

The young performers will present an exciting 20-minute production in front of an international audience, representing both their dance school and the local community with pride.
The performance has been choreographed by former Amanda Rogers student Miss Holly Weston, making the occasion even more special. Holly first performed on the same Disneyland Paris stage with the school exactly ten years ago and now returns as the choreographer, inspiring the next generation of dancers.

Amanda Rogers, Principal of the school, said: “We are incredibly excited and immensely proud of our dancers.
“They have worked tirelessly over the past few months to prepare for this amazing opportunity, and performing at Disneyland Paris is something they will remember for the rest of their lives.
“It is also a very proud moment to see Holly return to the Videopolis Theatre ten years after performing there herself. Watching her lead and choreograph this production is a wonderful achievement and a testament to her talent, dedication and passion for dance.”

Amanda Rogers School of Dance & Performing Arts has been providing dance training in the local area for over 40 years, with many former students progressing to professional careers in the performing arts.
As the countdown continues, excitement is building among the dancers, teachers and families, who are looking forward to sharing this unforgettable experience together and showcasing the exceptional talent that has been nurtured within the school.
Good luck to all involved!
