10 of the most expensive streets to buy a home in Preston revealed

Thinking of buying at the very top end of Preston’s property market? New figures have revealed where the city’s most expensive homes are being sold.

Analysis by Property Solvers, using data from HM Land Registry dating back to 2020, has identified the priciest streets across the Preston area based on average sale prices.

To ensure the results reflect genuine market trends rather than one-off sales, only streets with three or more property transactions were included in the rankings.

Among the highest-value locations to feature in the top 10 were:

  • The Pines (PR2) – three properties sold for an average of £623,006
  • Fulwood Row (PR2) – three sales averaging £480,000
  • Eton Park (PR2) – three properties sold for an average of £469,583

Commenting on the findings, Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.”
