Joint performance of chilling musical
A newly updated production of Sweeney Todd will be performed by two Lancashire schools.
The joint grammar schools of Lancaster will take to the stage to perform the dark masterpiece from Stephen Sondheim at The Dukes theatre between February 5 and 8.
Updated to post-war London and laced with Sondheim’s characteristically brilliant wit and dark humour, this spine-chilling musical will be accompanied by a 30 strong cast and 20 piece orchestra.
