The charming Whalley development has been a hit with home-owners looking to upsize their existing property without the inevitable stress that comes from trying to sell on the open market.

Anthony Mansfield, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey, explained: “Part Exchange has always been a popular incentive for driving footfall and each development will have a number of applications, but even we are stunned at the level of interest for the scheme at Calderstone’s Vale.

“The general feedback is that buyers don’t want to wait around and miss out on the homes, so Part Exchange
offers that peace of mind.”

The scheme enables the house-builder to become the cash buyer for your home in exchange for a new-builld; with Taylor Wimpey even covering the estate agency fees.
