Matthew Gould, Anwyl Homes Lancashire sales director, said: “The NHS and care worker discount is our way of showing our appreciation for the tireless and heroic efforts of health staff in our communities during the coronavirus pandemic.
“The scheme has helped doctors, nurses, carers and others working in caring roles save thousands when buying a new home.
“The homes we’re building at Bluebell Meadows are less than 10 minutes’ drive from the Royal Preston Hospital, making them an idea choice for NHS staff.

Using the scheme an eligible purchaser could receive a £6,500 discount off the price of a four-bedroom Ascot style home at Bluebell Meadows. Available on the open market from £336,995, using the NHS and care worker discount would reduce the price to £330,495.
