As Lancashire's food continues to gain recognition and gather awards around the country, we look at where the chefs behind the menus like to eat when they're away from their own kitchens.
We spoke to six of the county’s most revered chefs and asked them to tell us where they go for a treat and an everyday eat. Their answers ranged from the well-established big hitters to the lesser-known hidden gems with restaurants and pubs from across Lancashire.
