Wingstop opens in Preston - menu, prices and opening times for Fishergate's new US chicken chain
Popular US chicken chain Wingstop opens its doors in Preston today.
The city’s latest eatery opened at the former Foot Locker store next to Boots in Fishergate this morning. The doors opened at 11am with the first 100 customers receiving free chicken wings.

What can we expect?
Diners can expect the full menu of wings boneless, tenders, burgers and loaded fries - all cooked to order and ‘hand-sauced-and-tossed’ in Wingstop’s 10 bold flavours - including lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, ‘atomic’ and hickory smoked BBQ.
Milkshakes (including Oreo and Biscoff), ‘freestyle’ fizzy drinks, Camden Town Beer, as well as a churros selection for dessert are also available.
The Fishergate branch will open 11am to 11pm, seven days a week.

Preston latest in UK expansion
Today’s Preston opening advances Wingstop’s ambitious UK growth plans, with the brand operating 86 sites across the country and employing over 3,000 people. It plans grow to as many as 200 sites within the next five years.

Chris Sherriff, CEO at Wingstop UKI, said: “We’re thrilled to open Wingstop in Lancashire, right in the heart of Preston.
“The city has a strong identity and community with a real appetite for new flavour experiences, and we’re excited to become part of its story.
“Thank you to our incredible team and all our fans who’ve been waiting for this moment. We can’t wait to welcome everyone in and share our bold flavours with Preston.”
Wingstop opened its first branch in the United States in 1994 - where it describes itself as one of the “fastest-growing concepts” - and now has a presence in 10 countries, including France, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates.
