Beach House Blackpool made a stylish scarlet splash to announce the official start of the Christmas fun with an exclusive VIP event on Thursday 13 November that showcased the mouthwatering Mediterranean-inspired festive menu from Executive Chef Diego Martinez alongside an exciting new Campari cocktail menu.
Olympic legend Christopher Dean OBE and his partner and former Dancing on Ice judge Karen Barber slipped into Beach House to join familiar faces and foodies as they enjoyed a tempting selection of tasters from the seasonal menu and sipped beautifully bittersweet Campari cocktails as the Tower Vista outdoor terrace sparkled with Christmas celebration and the stars came out over the sea. It was Negronis, nightlife and next-level dining all round!
Forget the turkey and tinsel - Christmas at Beach House is all about delicious Mediterranean-inspired dining alongside handcrafted cocktails and live entertainment with a cool festive twist. Chic Christmas Club Nights on selected dates throughout December offer a delicious three course menu with dishes ranging from tender Chicken and Chorizo Pinchos in a sticky Teriyaki glaze to fragrant Tempura Zucchini Blossoms; freshly caught Hake with a tartare velouté and rich potato millefeuille and a velvet smooth Blood Orange Cheesecake or a tropical Pina Colada Panna Cotta, as diners enjoy live entertainment from a talented team of live singers, dancers and DJs.
The warming Winter Menu is available on all other dates from now until the New Year and it’s packed with a stunning selection box of tempting treats, with some additional new dishes available from the beginning of December. Watch this space…
The Christmas Campari Cocktail Menu includes the cool classic Negroni, as well as the refreshing Campari Spritz, the exotic Jungle Bird with dark rum and pineapple juice, and the sharply sweet Sorrentino with Limoncello, Sweet Vermouth and soda. Cin Cin!

Beach House Blackpool is located at Festival House, Promenade, Blackpool, and is open Monday to Thursday from 12noon to 11pm, Friday from 12noon to 1am, Saturday from 9am to 1am and Sunday from 9am to 11pm.
Christmas Club Nights are on 29th November and the 5th, 6th, 12th, 13th, 19th & 20th December and are £50 per person. A full pre-order of meals is required.

25ml/1fl oz gin
25ml/1fl oz sweet red vermouth
handful of ice
orange slice to garnish
How to make
Fill a glass with ice.
Pour the Campari, gin and vermouth over the ice.
Quickly stir the ice in the glass down to a dilution you like
Garnish with a slice of orange. Enjoy with friends.
