Fishergate is one of the main shopping thoroughfares in Preston city centre, and is usually busy with shoppers during the day and pub goers in the evenings. It is a long stretch from Church Street at its top end, all the way down to the railway station and the Fishergate Centre. In these images we can see how the shops have changed over the years.
