TV chef Theo Michaels to help South Ribble families with meal plans

The aim is to help locals eat well on tight budgets.

South Ribble residents are being given free access to meal plans and recipes devised by a renowned TV chef.

Theo Michaels - who regularly appears on BBC1’s Morning Live and has been both a judge and contestant on Masterchef - runs the Five Dinners website.

The service usually costs £86 per year to access, but South Ribble Borough Council has subsidised the cost for residents in an effort to help them with spiralling day-to-day food bills and ensure they can still eat healthily.
