Tenth annual Workoutathon raises over £4,300 for charity supporting young people with disabilities

Ninety people took part in the event, supported by Fletchers Group which took place in The Great Room, Preston North End Football Club last month.
Their stamina was tested with three hours of back-to-back energetic workout classes run by some of Lancashire's top fitness instructors. Challenging but fun sessions included Combat and Attack, HIIT, Zumba, Rockbox and Body Balance.

Special thanks as well to Preston North End for providing the venue, to Walkers and Freshview Foods for supplying the refreshmments and Gareth Edwards Photography for capturing the day. The event was a great success and we couldn't do it without you all."
