Gearing up for her first instalment of the daunting undertaking later tonight, Rachel Bryan is the Founder & Creative Director of FitBop Dance Fitness and decided to get involved after seeing a number of similar challenges on social media.

Every Thursday after the clap for the NHS at 8pm, Rachel will Facebook Live her attempt to do 200 reps of five different bodyweight exercises starting with 20 reps of each exercise and going down a rep each time in what is called a descending pyramid. Encouraging others to make a donation and join in, Rachel will also be changing the exercises to keep things fresh.

"I actually have no idea if I can even do it, so it should be fun to watch (for you!)" said Rachel, who is aiming to raise £500. "Make a donation [of] any amount to take part in the challenge every Thursday or just sponsor me to do it. Cheer me on from your sofa if you really want, or even get people to sponsor you to do it too."
