To help the cause, the local NHS are looking for anyone who has recently left the NHS and are considering supporting the COVID-19 work.
There is also some temporary work you can do in addition to your normal job or responsibilities.
But if you have no previous experience in the NHS or social care, you can still support the vaccination programme by applying here.
These are some of the positions available:
. Vaccination Centre Marshalls
There will be 2 roles available (Internal Marshal and an External Marshal), the roles will have a focus on patient and staff welfare and will be responsible for flow management within and outside the Vaccination Centre and allocated car parks.

Most Vaccination Centres will be open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm, volunteer time slots will vary but should be no longer than 4 hours. For the larger Vaccination Centres volunteers are required for a 4 hour time slot, either 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm or 4pm-8pm

3. Registered HC Professional (RHCP)
You will be responsible for: Conducting pre-vaccination clinical assessments, reviewing patient medical histories and any potential adverse reactions, preparing the vaccine prior to administration, and dilution and drawing up of the vaccine from multi-dose vials. Salary 24,907 - 30,615 PA Pro Rata
4. Vaccination Programme Bank Vaccinator
As a COVID-19 Vaccinator, you will be responsible for administering the vaccine to citizens working in a team of NHS colleagues and volunteers. Salary: 19,737 - 21,142 PA Pro Rata
