A Lancashire GP who made a series of videos to help people during the coronavirus pandemic has confirmed he has tested positive for Covid-19

Dr Andy Knox, a partner at Ash Trees Surgery in Carnforth and Stoneleigh Surgery in Milnthorpe, said he is "in total isolation" with his family.
Dr Know, who is also director of population health and engagement for Morecambe Bay, said on social media that he was feeling "a bit stronger every day".

Hide AdHe added that he had also lost his sense of taste and smell since falling ill, which he described as "really weird".
It comes as health secretary Matt Hancock said it was "too early" to lift the current restrictions to tackle the coronavirus outbreak and urged people to stay at home over Easter.
